I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 4-star hotel and I must say, it was a luxurious experience. This place is all about providing enhanced comfort and quality services. The location is perfect, being close to both the airport and the city. It was so convenient to have a short 5-minute drive from the airport and also be just 5 minutes away from the city and its bustling Pup Street. The receptionists were incredibly kind and friendly, making me feel warmly welcomed with a refreshing cold drink upon arrival. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable and cozy bed ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff went above and beyond to answer all my queries and provide excellent room service.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

They upgraded my room from superior to deluxe free of charge. Decorated bed and bathing tub with flowers to make it romantic, my girl friend very like it. Give us free fruit basket. The staff are very helpful and they are always there to ask us if we need any help. Their response is very fast.

Superb location, large rooms. For dinner we chose Madame Butterfly, that was 300 feet from the hotel. In love with royal empire.

The room had a bathtub and was located near the Bayon Temple, within walking distance to Rice Kitchen, a great place for lunch, and the free Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

For less than US$50 a day including buffet breakfast, this hotel is an absolute gem. It is not in the town center but only a short Tuk Tuk (US$2) ride away.
No business center or knowledgeable staff to direct guests regarding sending parcel. Took a while to get one page of document printed off.

Great location on main highway and 5 mins from siem riep and 10mins from angkor! Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Non-chlorinated heated pool water was a joy to swim in! Free table tennis also available. Good quality food in restaurant. Free wifi too. Large spacious clean rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located on the airport road, making it a great base for exploring the nearby Angkor Wat temples. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and nice views of the pool. The staff is friendly and helpful, answering all your queries and providing a warm welcome with a cold drink.
The WiFi in the rooms can be sketchy at times, but it works fine in the lobby.

The pool was lovely
The staff srubbing the outside pool area whilts guests are trying to relax by the pool. Building noise from construction behind the hotel whichI believe is also owned y the hotel.

The staff was very friendly. Particular the gentleman receptionist who picked us up from the airport for free. And upgraded us to a suite for the un-expected delays on the airport pick-up. And he offered further discounts for us for massaages in the hotel. He also organised a tour guide plus transport for our visit to Angkor temples.
However, a significant proporption of the comfort facilities in the suite didn't work - the air conditioning in the bedroom didn't work - although we compensated it by blasting the air conditioning in the sitting area and leave the bedroom door open to get the chill. The lightws in the bedroom didn't work, but the lights in the sitting room can't be switched off. Although they sent the handymen to come trying fixing it for 2 days, they still didn't work. The restuarant had limited choice but the service and standard of food were good. That was until on the last day we order fried vegetables without meat, which was not available on the menu. We were charged US$8 for that dish, whilst the King Prawn dish from the menu was only US$7 and Thai Curry US$5 !

The hotel was in a great location with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and even offered complimentary drinks upon our arrival. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool area with its amazing view of the city skyline.
The hotel could benefit from some updates and renovations, as some areas were starting to show wear and tear. We also experienced some noise disturbances during our stay, which made it difficult to relax and sleep.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location on the airport road, and friendly staff. Breakfast and the swimming pool were also enjoyable.
Worst aspects? Nothing that we didn't like.
